As always JBA and it's entire team did a great job. Nicole Fite kept in constant contact with me about the progress of my vehicle. The loaner vehicle process was quick and easy. It is always clean in and around the entire facility. I highly recommend JBA for your service or vehicle process.

I went in for an oil change for my 2004 Corvette Coupe but I was shown that I had several leaks. I was given an estimate. Within a manor of days I had the work completed and was very happy with the engine tech’s work. I’ve been going to JBA for years with my Corvette and have had a great experience every time. They are fair and reasonable and a special thanks to John H in the Service area.
Good customer service. Quick and easy process. Salesperson was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and options. He was very patient. No real back and forth on price and I feel I got a good deal.

The service department is superb/ efficient/ straight to the point, they work with you trea you with the utmost of respect, and are always there when you need them. Two writers in particular Dave and Lacey, its always a pleasure dealing with, The management team just superb, will bend over backwards to satisfy the customer, thats why J B A will always have me as a customer the warmth of the staff keeps me coming back.They deserve all five stars. Try them they can show you the warmth better than i can tell you.
