RecommendedWe came from out of town and drove in with a pretty serious engine problem. Jaguar Henderson really took care of us. They made the process easy and quick and made arrangements for a car while we are in Nevada. Ashley in service is the best!
The employee assured us the problem would be addressed and in the end he said they would not fix the problem without additional costs. Also this dealership never provides courtesy vehicles. I was quoted $300 for an oil change. They don’t answer their emails even though they say you can reach us by email. They do not stand behind their warranty work
