Dianne at the store was lovely, didn't hound us but helped when we were ready! We received our items 3 days after purchase. The delivery was half hour early and they were nice and polite. Would recommend purchasing furniture from them.
Good prices and great customer service, both over the phone and in the store. We even drove over an hour to see the furniture we were interested in and purchase it directly. A friend referred me, after she was very pleased with her experience. I only wish that they had a branch closer to where we live!
We visited Its My Style on several occasions and our salesperson was Dianne. She could not have been more diligent and helpful. She had suggestions and advice on items we were looking for. I found a TV console I fell in love with but learned it was discontinued. She called around to multiple stores but was unsuccessful in finding the item. My husband and I visited the store and had the most pleasant experience. Our sales person Dianne Kreger was very friendly and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to answer all our many questions. I visited the store a second time with more questions and again Dianne was just as friendly and accommodating as the first time. I finalized my purchase and look forward to enjoying it for a long time.
Salespersons were very helpful and accommodating with our orders. Emma was especially attentive and willing to go the extra mile
