I needed a chair to complete my new living room furnishings. I was having no luck going to several furniture stores and also shopping online sites. I live near the It's My Style Home Furnishings store in Queenstown, MD, and decided to have a look there. The salesperson listened to what I was looking for and was very helpful in finding me a swivel chair that wasn't large or had the swivel mechanism showing. Found exactly what I was looking for. Randi was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Delivery and setup went well. Had a couple of small issues. Worked with Shelby in customer service to resolve the issues. She was very nice and understanding. Highly recommend!
Purchased outdoor furniture here for the second time. Once for my porch and most recently for the pool patio. Always a wonderful experience. The girls there are so wonderful to work with and so helpful. Great place to go!
Have bought several pieces from here but won't be back. Ordered a piece that was going to take 4 weeks, 7 weeks later I get the call that it's in but I have to rearrange my schedule because I can only pick it up on a Saturday, Monday or Thursday from 10-5. Wow. I have already waited 7 weeks and now I can't just come and get it. It was a small item that I could carry our myself. Also, they will advertise items in their sales ad but not actually have them in stock. I guess they are just getting people in the door.
This is the second set of Adirondack chairs we have purchased from this location. Great staff, beyond friendly, great inventory and great products. Hopefully we won't need any chairs any time soon but if we do this is for sure the place we will be shopping at again. Their inside show room is stocked full of great products as well.
