We used Isaac to and from Rome, Italy. The service from the administration, Gareth Francis in Stoughton, MA to their representative in Rome, Simonetta Amenta was both professional and informative on the status of our shipment. When the delivery truck came to our home, Carlos, Juan, and Emillian were very proficient in unloading, bringing into the appropriate rooms, unpacking and examining the items. If you are looking for a local mover, please, look no further. From the initial call with Holly to the walk through with Brad to the packing experience with foreman Carlos, I could not have asked for a more seamless, professional process. All of my items were handled with expert care. They even worked around my children and workday. I would rate a 10 star if possible. Highly recommend Isaac’s!

Isaac’s did an outstanding job with my long-distance moves (one via corporate location and another personal). They carefully packed all of my apartment, tracked all of my items with careful attention to detail, and went above and beyond making sure everything was carefully delivered and that I was happy with the final result. Making all the arrangements with the company on the phone was easy and smooth, and the employees were super nice. The 3 men who arrived to do the actual move were careful and thorough, and very polite. They asked many questions to make sure they did everything as we expected. This is our 2nd time using Isaac's and will use them again when the time arises. I'd also recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Isaac’s at the recommendation of a friend for a long-distance move. Out of the five companies we contacted, Isaac’s provided the most professional, thorough quote with the best pricing. Our sales agent, Holly, and the coordinator, Natasha, were always responsive with any questions or concerns - including when there was a misunderstanding about the delivery date, which they were able to resolve easily.
