RecommendedIVL was a good choice. Hired them for a small moved. Their reputation and the sales rep Brian is what sold me. I would use them again and refer them. I had no damage, hidden charges, lost or stolen items. This is the 3rd time I used a mover and IVL was the better of the 3.
IVL did a move for my family in Queens, NY. This was a smaller move, but I needed everything to go well because I was starting a new job. Move went smooth and I have nothing to complain about. The guys were professional and my sales rep Justin was great. I would use them.
I hired these guys to handle my move from Salt Lake City, Utah to Houston, Texas. I had a good experience the whole way through minus a slight delay which ended up working out for me anyway. My sales rep Brian was really detailed and explained everything including the negatives if they were to arrive. Movers were on time, packed really well and I got everything with no issues. I was also very pleased that the quote at the actual cost of the move remained the same. I would use them again if needed.
Professional, courteous and friendly. Arrived on time and called me that they were on their way. Explained the process and showed me the results. Get it done. They are great. I will use them again.
Best movers ever! So fast and responsive. I emailed and left messages for other movers and they were the only one that responded and just in a matter of minutes. Had to reschedule a couple times and they were able to accommodate. I am always paranoid that the movers will not show up but they were on time, fast and courteous! They made my move so much easier. I used IVL for a move to Colorado back in August. I just wanted to leave my review because I never got around to it. The guys did a great job packing, loading and getting everything on the truck. Move took about 5 days and the delivery went well to. This is the first time working with a moving company and i'm happy to say that it went well.
IVL did a good job with my move to Upland, CA. I'm no rookie to working with moving companies so I knew what to look for when choosing a company. The first step is to NOT put your info on various websites. You will get a ton of calls from F rated moving companies that are simply looking to scam you. I worked with a moving company once before and had a good experience. This time around it was for a cross country move so I wanted to make sure I went with someone reputable. IVL was suggested by several consumer groups so I went with them. The movers were on-time, packed well and delivered on-time. My rep Justin was easy to work with. He explained all the details and everything he sold came true. I would work with them again.
Movers were on-time, communicative, no surprises, no surprise rates, careful, efficient, and polite. Great service all around. Great service. I am satisfied International Van Lines moving services.
