I was very nervous about picking a car transporter as I have heard horror stories for years. I have to ship my car for service at a specialist garage and they recommended using this location. I am in the middle of a cross country move from Washington State to Virginia. My move coordinator will not reply to me by email or phone as to the status of my shipment. I have requested a call from a senior level representative and have received no response. But I have paid them over $11,000. If this is how they treat their customers I would never recommend them!
