Sam and crew replaced my 500 sq foot deck with TimberTech Prime + decking and fascia/flush mount Aluminum railings with cable infill. They also installed new stairs coming off the deck. The stairs worked out perfectly, as did all of the work. Also, in an adjacent area, they installed new railings of the same style along the steep edge of an upper cement patio and down two sets of cement stairs descending from there. I am so grateful to have found Sam and his crew to build my new deck. I had a 600 sq ft cedar deck that was well past it's prime. Other bids I had were very high, and made me question the knowledge & expertise of the contractor. This was a huge project for me- financially, mentally, etc. It was daunting to think about and I wanted to make sure I had a licensed/bonded/insured contractor who knew deck construction like the back of their hand. Inside Out Construction did an amazing job with our new deck. Sam and his team were very patient as we tried to decide on the decking material. They were thorough, easy to work with and just a great group of guys overall. We are extremely happy with the work they have done, from ripping the old deck apart, to installing the new deck.
