Sam the owner is a great guy to work with, and his worker Derek is prompt, speedy, and very efficient in completing the project. Not the first time using them and won't be the last. Oh, and he did come back to complete the facia on the side.

Sam and crew replaced my 500 sq foot deck with TimberTech Prime + decking and fascia/flush mount Aluminum railings with cable infill. They also installed new stairs coming off the deck. The stairs worked out perfectly, as did all of the work. Also, in an adjacent area, they installed new railings of the same style along the steep edge of an upper cement patio and down two sets of cement stairs descending from there. I am so grateful to have found Sam and his crew to build my new deck. I had a 600 sq ft cedar deck that was well past it's prime. Other bids I had were very high, and made me question the knowledge & expertise of the contractor. This was a huge project for me- financially, mentally, etc. It was daunting to think about and I wanted to make sure I had a licensed/bonded/insured contractor who knew deck construction like the back of their hand.
