Having to call an exterminator is not a pleasant situation but Kennedy made it a good experience. He and his assistant were informative, helpful and just exceptionally nice. We had a bee nest disturbed while have some work done. The contractors were stung several times and had to stop work for the day. I called Innovative and they came out the same day. The work continued the next day. No bee problem! I will use them again. I’ve already recommended them to others! Thank you for the great service
