My experience at the store has been amazing. The retail store manager Joe is fabulous. He is smart, knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly sets the atmosphere for customer focused assistance. The store is well organized fully stocked and was able to assist me with all my pool needs. They even were able to figure out a small problem thanks to the help of Joe. He was absolutely wonderful and sets the bar high for the other associates in the store.
InfiniteBlu just wrapped up a major pool renovation for me, and they did a fantastic job! We truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! I have been using this company for many years. My main reason is due to their technician Rafael Batista. Not only is he thorough and punctual he takes care of my pool as if it were his own. I have never had an issue with the water opening or weekly. If he closes my pool it is sparkling when it reopens. I cannot say enough good things about Rafael!
This company is truly on point! Extremely easy to deal with. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable. I have a 40 year old cement pool that needed the skimmers replaced. They went above and beyond, replacing broken tile, drain and cleaned the pool. Will be making them my permanent pool company.
Derrick and Manuel did an excellent job with the one-time pool vacuuming. They were professional and left the pool looking spotless. Great attention to detail and efficient service.
