Used the store for chemicals for years always good never had a problem. Call them to the house to fix a pool problem, they were very expensive won't come without you giving your credit card on file overcharge you for a visit the pool technician was rude. Couldn't be bothered. Did didn't want to stay for two minutes after charging me $300 an hour. They they sell you the most expensive job turned out that wasn't even the problem. My experience at the store has been amazing. The retail store manager Joe is fabulous. He is smart, knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly sets the atmosphere for customer focused assistance. The store is well organized fully stocked and was able to assist me with all my pool needs. They even were able to figure out a small problem thanks to the help of Joe. He was absolutely wonderful and sets the bar high for the other associates in the store.
InfiniteBlu just wrapped up a major pool renovation for me, and they did a fantastic job! We truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! My wife and I are thrilled with how it turned out, and most importantly, the crew executed the work and the plan exactly as we had discussed at the onset of the project.
