They are professional, courteous, and very friendly.. The prices are reasonable and they always help with anything you need. Debbie is absolutely wonderful... We knew her from her prior store in Roselle Park.. We used to use a different pool company but once we met Debbie we realized that integrity and honesty were worth everything
Buyer beware! Deal with this company at your own risk. After spending $10,000 with them, they charged my credit card for an additional $199 without my authorization for something that they told me was included with the job. Good luck trying to reason with the owner. She is rude and doesn't care about her customers. Dealing with her was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a vendor. Do yourself a favor and find another pool company. There are much better ones out there.
We have had an excellent experience over the last several years with InfiniteBlu pool Services. They are extremely responsive to any problem that arises and is addressed promptly. The service department has maintained our pool very much to our satisfaction, it is an older pool and it is well taken care of and very respectful of our property as well. Mike, Oneila and their staff are always pleasant and easy to work with.
Well, this is a story that calls for high merits on the team. On Tuesday, I had someone show up at my house while I was at work to take a look at my skimmer system for a possible replacement but for whatever reason, instead, he went to the filter and moved it while the filter was running and it was on automatic timer for the filter.
