Indoor Comfort Solutions has handled my heating and air needs for several years now. The fees are very reasonable and the parts and labor are high quality. Indoor Comfort Solutions is just that - getting your indoors back to being comfortable when your AC goes out late Saturday afternoon. They have people on-call 24/7, and don't charge extra for outside of normal "working hours". They came out on Sunday, looked everything over, gave me the rundown on my 24-year old system...gave me the Band-aid solution and the system replacement options. Bill is outstanding!! I recieved 4 different consults, he was the only one to follow-up, give thorough explanations, take the time to listen to all our needs and concerns and check for rebates. His team did an excellent job with install and our home on the ATL in July feels like Alaska . Family owned buisness, excellant customer service!!

Had our a/c go out in August and contacted a few local companies for a quote. We went with Indoor Comfort Solutions and I'm glad we did. Bill had a tech out within a day and he was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and getting us fixed up. We had to replace our unit and not only did they complete the install in a timely manner, but took the time to comb through our system and make sure everything running efficiently and tuned properly. I highly recommend Bill and his company for any HVAC work you might need.

Bill and his team were fantastic. I had two other companies come out before contacting Bill. Not only did Bill fix my issue, he went above and beyond to fix it to include a warranty on the parts. The other two companies were going to put a Bandage on the problem and charge me the same amount. I am extremely impressed with the communication throughout the process. Never once did I feel he was trying to just squeeze money out of my pocket. Would recommend to anyone!!!!
