Icon review I would give Icon property management 1 star. The reason being that they don’t do any managing for Westgate Apartments. We live in a building that needs a lot of care and repair work, both in apartments and outside. Many tenants have submitted work orders that have been ignored, which isn’t legal. Many apartments are not finished and tenants have to live with half ass repairs if any at all. Emails and phone calls go unanswered by them.
