Joan and TY were great. Super easy to work with and communicate with. Walked in and made a deal. No hidden fees. Walked out without leaving deposit and cart was delivered a few days later.

Ok, so I have been in customer service for 20 years and I have dealt with 1000s of companies in my personal and business transactions. This is an amazing company -the best people and beautiful golf cart. They delivered it. They worked with me every step of the way to have the best time with the golf cart. Icon Golf Cars is the place to go for your golf car issues or in my case, emergency. I can’t recommend them enough and Kristopher, the nice young man who serviced my car in my home is knowledgeable, respectful, an excellent communicator, and diagnosed my problem immediately. My batteries had died and needed to be recharged and then drained so they could determine if any of the batteries had been damaged.
