Ok, so I have been in customer service for 20 years and I have dealt with 1000s of companies in my personal and business transactions. I am trying really hard to think about a company that has impressed me more than Icon Golf Cars of Wilmington and I just can't think of any. Icon Golf Cars is the place to go for your golf car issues or in my case, emergency. I can’t recommend them enough and Kristopher, the nice young man who serviced my car in my home is knowledgeable, respectful, an excellent communicator, and diagnosed my problem immediately. My batteries had died and needed to be recharged and then drained so they could determine if any of the batteries had been damaged. Excellent customer service, I called to ask for some assistance with my ICON I40 L golf cart. We didn’t even purchase it from this dealer. The assisted me as if I just pulled off the lot. This is an amazing company -the best people and beautiful golf cart. They delivered it. They worked with me every step of the way to have the best time with the golf cart. Jonah, Ty, Kristopher…. Everybody there is GREAT!! I live in Oak Island and they serviced my newly acquired Icon cart with service. The team were able to get it all addressed fast, great communication throughout the process and were very fair priced! They really knocked it out of the park and had my cart looking far better than my expectation. I truly hope you trust your cart with Icon Golf Cars of Wilmington. I would not look anywhere else!!!
