Icon golf cart in La Quinta was a great experience when buying my golf cart. Excellent sales staff and I couldn’t be happier. Today my cart stopped running on the course so they sent me a video to repair it. Too difficult for me to bend down and check the brake so the owner himself drove an hour to me and fixed it. All his guys were out delivering carts and he wanted me to have my cart over the weekend so he was nice enough to take care of it and ordered a part for the brake lights. Now that’s service! Love our new golf cart! We purchased from La Quinta location next to Costco. They have other location here in the desert. Tye did a great job customizing it for us, had it delivered on time. Had great customer service!
I had a small issue with my cart. I talked to Arnold. They did everything under warranty and I also had a service done and they did a great job. They cleaned my golf cart. It looks great. They were on time and they got it done early. I would highly recommend them. The person that picked up and delivered his name was Greg. He did a great job explaining everything to me and he was a very professional.Greg and Arnold were great! I highly recommend these guys.
