Just received my Icon golf cart today! It is awesome. It was a great and easy buying experience thru Patrick Scoggins @ Icon Superstore Bluffton. Patrick is friendly, knowlegable, and patient. Patrick answered all our questions and put us at ease. There was never any pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend Icon golf carts and also the people who stand behind the brand. The Kelly's

It’s rare to find excellent customer service anymore but these guys have it down! We were indecisive on the color of cart to purchase and Patrick and team were more than patient with us. During this process that took a couple weeks there was NO pressure whatsoever. Their only concern was we purchase the correct cart and color for our needs. We ended up purchasing the Epic E20FX and it has been great. Highly recommend Icon Superstore and their team.

I had visited numerous golf cart shops with no luck due to stipulations, lack of color availability and waiting time. when I walked in to golf cars, Patrick greeted me with a big smile. He was knowledgeable and passionate about his product. Everything on that floor, which was immaculate by the way, was available to me within a couple of days. We recently stopped in to check out the new Epic golf cart and spoke with Patrick. He explained all the details and comparative data we needed and had us take a test drive. The experience was a pleasant one and we ended up buying the cart. It was delivered today and the follow up and Customer Service couldn’t have been better. We have had easy go and club cars in the past and this one is over the top and competitively priced. We would highly recommend you speak to Patrick and check out their carts if you have an interest.
