I do not recommend this company. Whoever Juli is, she is rude when conveying information. I had a visit planned to get an estimate. The morning of and get this message “im sorry Hannah for this short notice but Doug is not going to be available to come out this morning to look at this carpet project. He needs to be on a job site. Hannah I’m sorry you felt these were rude remarks. They don’t sound rude, but We all have the right to perceive things the way we choose. Doug was on a job site and couldn’t be there . You told our receptionist you had two other estimates and already had your carpet as well so we felt it was something we couldn’t get to in our schedule any time soon. That’s all that was said and im sorry we came off rude to you by saying that. I’m happy your friend had good experiences with us and recommended us. Thanks !
My husband and I had Huber & Son come out to give us a quote for multiple projects for our home back in January. It is now almost April and despite our MANY efforts to contact them regarding the quote they promised, we have not heard back from them at all. Very disappointing!
