HOTWORX is seriously awesome! I'm hooked on the infrared sauna workouts they're a total game changer. Plus, Rachel is super helpful and always makes sure I know what I'm doing. She's the best! Definitely recommend checking it out.

Today I went in for a free session and absolutely loved the energy from Rachel. She gave me a tour and provided all the helpful information a beginner would need. My session was great... everything was set up and the process was quick and easy. I highly recommend coming in to experience your first session if you haven’t already!

I had a fantastic experience at the sauna—everything was clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere made it easy to unwind, and the amenities were top-notch. Rachel Kutsunai at the receptionists was especially helpful throughout my visit; she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism really elevated the entire experience. I’ll definitely be recommending this place!!!

I just want to say, I stopped in to inquire about a membership. Honestly customer service is so hard to come by these days, And I was assisted by a very nice, friendly young lady Rachel. She was so polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and even after all of my questions.... She probably answered the same questions over & over all day... Rachel, Still held a smile on her face, and remained very positive, friendly !!! Thank you so much!!

It was my first time coming here and I was blown away by the customer service. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and acknowledged! I especially wanted to thank Rachel for helping me and being so kind while I came in to figure out the best course for me to take while also providing a judgement free zone!
