I’ve had such a great experience at HOTWORX for the past 5 1/2 years, and a huge part of that is because of Lilee. Her work ethic is honestly next level—she’s always on top of everything, keeps the studio running smoothly, and somehow still makes time to genuinely connect with members. I really enjoyed working out at HOTWORX and saw fast progress when I stayed consistent. It’s very quiet, clean, and you have so much room to grow with your fitness. The 24-hour access was super convenient with my work schedule, which made it easy to stay on track. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn when I needed to cancel my membership for medical reasons. When I first came to visit HOTWORX, I honestly thought it was mainly a place for women to work out. Emilia took the time to explain that men work out here as well and even shared some examples of male members and their fitness journeys, which I found really inspiring. She was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and made sure I understood how everything worked. The studio was very clean, well organized, and had a great atmosphere. Emilia is a great employee and really made the whole experience positive and motivating.

I’ve had a great experience at HOTWORX. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The infrared workouts are intense but super effective, you can really feel the difference in a shorter amount of time compared to a regular gym session. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the whole setup makes it easy to stay consistent with workouts. I also like how convenient it is to get in and out without waiting on equipment.
