Hawaii Shark Encounters gives you the opportunity to experience the thrill of meeting sharks face to face in the pristine waters of Oahu. We take you three miles offshore, where you can observe Galapagos and Sandbar sharks in their natural environment from the safety of a floating cage. No scuba experience is necessary -- you enter the cage from above and stay on the surface using a mask and snorkel. The best experience we’ve ever had. This MADE our Hawaii vacation. If you’re nervous, don’t be-the guides were amazing and made sure everyone felt comfortable. They were very knowledgeable about the sharks, ocean life, and the island. We saw jelly fish, sharks, and a barracuda! Cannot thank them enough for the experience. We will definitely use them again when we come back.

It was an amazing experience. The boat crew was very knowledgeable and polite. One of the best experiences we had in Oahu. We had a blast!
So much education on sharks, their instincts and eating habits! Close ups and kid friendly! my 3 year old loved it!
