Hawaii Shark Encounters gives you the opportunity to experience the thrill of meeting sharks face to face in the pristine waters of Oahu. We take you three miles offshore, where you can observe Galapagos and Sandbar sharks in their natural environment from the safety of a floating cage. No scuba experience is necessary -- you enter the cage from above and stay on the surface using a mask and snorkel. The experience was absolutely amazing! It was the highlight of our vacation. I highly recommend. The captains were very knowledgeable and professional. In addition they directed us to some other local spots to check out that we really enjoyed!

My brother, nephew and I went out last Tuesday (Feb 5), and had an incredible time. The 3-man crew (sorry, dudes, missed your names!) were fantastic and made us feel entirely at ease the whole time. The sharks were absolutely breathtaking to watch, and I would do this again in a heartbeat. Thanks Hawaii Shark Encounters! I definitely recommend this for a memorable Hawaiian holiday.

Hands down the greatest experience of my life! Enjoyed every second of the trip. I have always loved sharks, but this has really grown that love so much more. Got to see plenty of Galapagos sharks and learned a bit about them. Definitely go if you get the chance! Darren and Miles were awesome, and I cannot wait to go again next time Im in Hawaii! This was hands down one of our highlights of our trip to Hawaii!!!!!! The crew was so nice and we were able to see quite a bit of marine life besides the sharks.
