Hawaii Shark Encounters gives you the opportunity to experience the thrill of meeting sharks face to face in the pristine waters of Oahu. We take you three miles offshore, where you can observe Galapagos and Sandbar sharks in their natural environment from the safety of a floating cage. No scuba experience is necessary -- you enter the cage from above and stay on the surface using a mask and snorkel. Can't say enough good things about this company and our trip!! Our 2 guides were amazing, knowledgeable and fun! It was obvious that the safety and comfort of their guests was top priority. We had an amazing trip with tons of Galapagos and Sandbar sharks and even saw 2 Tiger sharks, one about 14 ft and pregnant! also a giant barracuda was hanging around the whole time. I will definitely go again next time we are in Oahu!!

Spent a great morning with Darrin and Jenny. Seen plenty of Sharks including a big Tiger. The whole experience was awesome, the crew keep you well informed and it’s pretty relaxed no need to stress, the sharks are just like puppies. A must do in Hawaii

Awesome crew. Recommend taking something for nausea as you might get sea sick. Move around the cage don’t just stay in one place. It was an awesome experience.
