I had a truly wonderful experience meeting with Pastor Blake and the team at Harvest City Church. From the moment we spoke, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. This Church has pros & cons, the best thing about Gateway Community Church / Harvest City Church is the accurate theology, they don't mislead souls. Sadly this Church has become a semi-closed club, they don't build community around the Church, it's a Sunday morning or Wednesday night only place. Their ministries are very limited and focused merely on "The Word", that's their strenght. They don't bother with local charity or community activities for the folks in need. I walked into the church knowing I was looking to become part of the body of Christ to serve and be served. My husband has stage 4 cancer and when I shared this with the greeters they immediately connected me with people who could relate. Pastor prayed over me before service and thr leaders of a fellowship class reached out to me to invite me to join them. They have since supported us wwihh the meals and prayer. . I’m overwhelmed and I know God has answered my prayers for a church home. Thank you Gateway!

My wife Cathy and I have been attending Gateway Community Church in Wylie for 18 years. Gateway exists for the purpose of connecting people with God and one another.
