We had Hallmark build our home that was recently completed. The process was easy and our home turned out beautiful. Travis, our building manager, did a great job keeping us in the loop and making sure everything was moving efficiently through the whole process. There were some oversights with the site improvements that were not caught or were miscommunicated until the last minute adding a fair bit of stress and unexpected costs. We built with Hallmark back in 2021. Process was straight forward and overall had a good experience with our new home build. No major complaints or concerns.
We are currently living in a Hallmark home that we had built 22 yrs ago. We’ve had no major complaints in that time. We are in the process of downsizing, so we decided to go with Hallmark again. All the people we’ve worked with…Anita in sales, Ray in construction and Connie in finance…have been great to do business with and have all been very kind and helpful. I don’t write reviews very often but I just had to write this one. We just finished building our SECOND house with Hallmark. We built the first one about 25 years ago and had a great experience. We moved out of the area for several years and when we decided to move back and build again, we shopped around and they were still the best we could find. They communicate very well with the clients and provide options to help you remain in budget. They have a solid reputation and once the client has worked with them, they always go back.
