Our water heater broke and started leaking over the weekend, so I reached out to Green House Plumbing. They texted me back within a few hours to start coordinating. On Sunday night, the leak became more serious, so I reached out to them again. A dispatcher quickly arranged for a plumber to call me around 8 p.m. During that phone call, the plumber walked me through the proper steps to safely shut down the water heater, which was very helpful and reassuring. A gasket in the toilet tank failed and so the water never stopped filling. The toilet water line handle also failed to turn off the water (and broke off; the toilet and line were previously installed in Jan 2014 by a GC) so I had to shut off the water to the whole house. All on a Sunday night. Greenhouse Plumbing is the best! They are very responsive to phone calls and also communicate by text which I really like. The technician came on time for the appointment, reviewed the work to be done and the price quoted. Most of all I was, I impressed with his knowledge when he explained the problem causing our bathroom basins to drain slowly. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I am very happy with the work greenhouse, plumbing and heating Did for me. They installed a new kitchen faucet. The plumber Andre was very efficient. He was in and out before I knew what happened. He cleaned up after himself and the pricing was very reasonable. Frank Conley😀

Quick response. Able to come the day after ai called. Communication is excellent. Andrei is polite and professional. His work is excellent. After our first experience with Green House Plumbing and Heating last summer, we will continue to call them for all our plumbing needs.
