Mike and his team did an excellent job installing my sink. They were on time professional and paid attention to every detail. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Don't hesitate to use this company.

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem causing my AC not to generate any cold air. He explained to me about the part that needed to be replaced and the approximate cost. He came back 20 minutes later with the new part. He waited with me for 30 minutes to watch the temp go down from 90 degrees to 72. At that stage he felt confident the AC was repaired. He was friendly, professional and competent. I highly recommend the Grays LLC for AC repairs. In my case The assigned technician did an amazing job

Very happy with this company. Tech actually showed up earlier than the scheduled time. He was friendly and thoroughly checked out my system. He added "freon" and looked for a leak. When he left my unit was blowing cold again. The best part was he didn't try to sell me a new unit 😂

She touched base with me everyday to make sure that my kitties and I were safe from the heat. The service guys were wonderful. They installed the unit in 1 day. They cleane... read more
