Excellent work. I used them the first time to sell my condo. This time was for a preventative maintenance check up on my house. He was knowledgeable, direct, explained everything and professional. I highly recommend using them.

I was recommended to Grays by a friend of my wife that said they were so friendly and helpful. I just had a consultation about possibly replacing our HVAC system and both comments were true. From booking the appointment to meeting with the technician it was a very positive experience.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Gray’s AC. They do a thorough job of checking out the units, providing recommendations for needed repairs, and providing quick and reasonable cost estimates.
