RecommendedThe guys at Get Outdoors are top notch. They spent a lot of time to answer all our questions and show us all the options we had in our new kayak setup. The purchase was easy and our new Native watercraft kayaks are ready to hit the water. Couldn't ask for better service. The Full Moon paddle on the 30th was fabulous. After several days if rainy weather the skies cleared for us and we were lucky enough to get a few glimpses of la bella luna! But then I've never had a bad G:O experience whether it be a purchase, advice, a class or a trip. Super bunch of folks to work with.

I bought a Native Kayak in June 2016 online from Get Outdoors. I had a part on the propel drive break. They replied to my email on a weekend in less than a hour, requesting the identification information. They contacted Native and in a few days instructed me that it would be replaced at no charge. The communication with Get Outdoors was excellent and they treated me so well, I can't say enough about their excellent customer service!
I want to thank the get outdoors crew. Especially Will for all the pointers last Sunday. This is the place for great info and the best gear.
I had an excellent experience with G:O. Helped fit me to my first touring kayak and needed gear. They didn't have a new paddle that was perfect for me but knowing I had to have a water FIX asap they pulled one from their outfitter's gear that was just right. They gave me an excellent price on the paddle. Also turned me on to a local paddle spot to try everything out. As far as after the sale customer service, I couldn't say because I have not needed any after purchasing my Eddyline almost a year ago. G:O rocks...
