been in my current apartment for 10 months. I have no problems in dealing with Galactic. They are always prompt when dealing with any issues. Recently going above and beyond. So happy with them.
terribble. very dishonest. unless you get state assistance go somewhere else. they are very rude and change there story.
We have been renters since October. The apartment was dirty and had damage everywhere. We assumed it would have been cleaned up and fixed up before we moved in. We were told we had off-street parking. Then told they already gave our spot to the other tenants so we were out of luck. They said they would be amending our lease to reflect. No discount, though. Hi Matt this is Kevin I would like the payment that you owe me for replacing the roof with our own money because we didn’t receive a deposit it has been almost 3 weeks since we gad completed the roof and you keep lying about sending out a check and then that you didn’t agree to $5000 but we have witnesses saying that you did so please just give me the money that is owed it is Christmas Matt I have a family to feed

galactic reality group are demeaning to their tenants and not willing to have a civil conversation about any issue had with their tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GROUP IF YOU WANT A LANDLORD THAT TREATS THEIR TENANTS LIKE RESPECTED HUMAN BEINGS.
