Worst management and horrible maintenance. Very unprofessional.
I think it’s funny how creative people get with reviews when they are upset for paying late fees for failure to pay rent when it’s due or damaging their apartment or fines for not picking up after their Animals. When you rent an apartment In A older building things are going to happen. Take responsibility for your actions and stop trying to ruin someone’s business. Shame on you!
We have been renters since October. The apartment was dirty and had damage everywhere. We assumed it would have been cleaned up and fixed up before we moved in. We were told we had off-street parking. Then told they already gave our spot to the other tenants so we were out of luck. They said they would be amending our lease to reflect. No discount, though.
