Vic is a terrific sales manager. He personalizes the buying experience, helping us to make rewarding choices. He has broad knowledge of his products making selection easy. We had our selections in about an hour. Vic is a clear communicator who makes sure his customers have good information. A very satisfying experience. I cannot wait for our two recliners to be delivered.
When we walked into the store, we were not "attacked" by a salesperson. We had the opportunity to look around, then ask for help when we were ready. That was NOT our experience at a different store earlier that day. Price & customer service were great!

I spent quite a bit of time trying out different chairs. I did not get rushed and my questions were answered promptly. The sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions regarding my purchase. I would definitely go back to them if I need anything else.
Guys showed up early and were very quick and efficient. Had everything exactly where I asked for it and built in no time. Will definitely use again.
