The experience from beginning to end was exceptional! Maria was the sales consultant who listened to our needs and navigated both my husbands and mine concerns with fabulous suggestions. She was knowledgeable & very helpful to select custom fabrics and sizing of the sectional. The delivery was before the estimated time and the 2 gentleman that came to home were respectful, efficient, and wanted to make sure the sectional was acceptable. Thank you for a great experience!
What a wonderful experience I had from the moment I stepped into the showroom. I was greeted immediately with a friendly welcome. My saleswoman, Marie, was helpful and patient. As a matter of fact, I ended up at four other stores and came back to Furniture and More Gone Coastal not just due to the selection but more so for Marie. This is the second time I've purchased furniture from Furniture & More. I could not be more happy with my purchases. The selection was great but the knowledgeable staff was the key to my purchase. Ginger was awesome! She looked at pictures of the room and helped me to pull everything together with two sofas. She guided us on the size, placement, fabric and style. The result was perfect. Went here first, then two other places. Came back here. Everyone was so helpful and prices were amazing! Same stuff too. Our sales person Maria went above and beyond. Even after cutting her self while measuring table size for me in the pouring rain.🥰
We had a great shopping experience with Lynn at the Fenwick location. She was helpful, knowledgeable, flexible and patient with our changes during the process of selection. She made us feel comfortable and helped reassure us when we were uncertain about our options/selections. We can’t wait to see the final result! Editing to add that the couch turned out beautifully!
