Bad customer service experience with the Fenwick store( Jack and Lori). Instead of our furniture being availble for pickup at 3pm in Fenwick Island, we had to drive an hour to Milford to pick up our furniture. I will let all of my neighbors know not to shop here because of the customer experience. Plenty of other options in the area. Promises made and not kept by this company, not one apology or offer to rectify. I would steer clear of this establishment. Communication very poor.. Good luck!
