I had my solar panels installed in December and have yet to have them inspected and turned on. What exactly is the point in having panels installed if I can't use them? We've left countless voicemail and nothing has happened yet. It's like they don't exist. Which basically is now the issue. They just don't exist.

Our experience with Ricky was superb! He was efficient and very detailed oriented. He did a fantastic job at explaining each problem he noticed along with taking pictures so we had a better understanding of what was going on. Our concern was clearly addressed and resolved thanks to Ricky’s expertise!
