We had an excellent experience overall with Freedom Solar and Renee Rose as our consultant. Renee did an awesome job explaining our finance options and comparing our energy consumption with and with out solar panels. She also cautioned us to be patient with the process. The design is quick, but permits do take longer than we had hoped (not their fault as they did all the work applying for them as well). I highly recommend Renee and Freedom Solar. I had an a opportunity to meet with Michael Downing, the Energy Consultant of Freedom Solar Power. He was very knowledgeable and professional as well as personable. He gave good advice for me as a customer. He has been also available anytime that I have questions or concerns. He has directed me to the right direction to get help or service. I had an excellent experience purchasing solar with Renee Rose as my Energy Consultant. I am confident she truly with all of her heart believes in helping the customers get the best value and product, and, as a result, feel great about going with Freedom Solar. She went above and beyond to make sure that I am getting the best care and product. I am writing this without having seen the finished product on my home but I am also confident they will deliver! The explanation with Rene was good and the process was so easy. The installation team was very punctual. My electrician was quite good even though I had to change some 240 V breakers because they were incorrectly combined. The service was very good in general but I feel that the system does not meet my expectations. I will be re-evaluating in several months and conclude if this is really a good investment considering that I do not have a backup for the nights…

Renee sold me my Freedom Solar Panel System and we are 75% complete with it and scheduled for completion on Sept 19, 2024. Renee has been very easy to work with--she is responsive to my questions in a timely manner. In fact, she is helping me host a Freedom Solar Block Party on Sept 14, 2024.
