Freedom Solar saved me $$$$ on our 20 Solar Panel Installation. I shopped around for 20 Solar Panels from 3-5 Solar Companies. I wanted to "Zero Out",our Perdenales Electric Bill. Besides,6-8 months,an Electric Bill at $3-500 each month,we can pay off the Solar in 10-15 years!!! We have a 2350 Sq. Ft. Home. Air Conditioner is our "energy hog." We have an Electric Dryer also. Had everything installed system was working and then we had a complete switch over to a whole new company now we have to pay for the monitoring and we have to pay for the app usage. I contacted freedom solar they provided no assistance. Sun strong connect bought their app. Now I have to pay a fee every month. Avoid freedom solar. This was a huge mistake. Avoid them.

We have had a very pleasant experience working with Renee Rose as our consultant working with Freedom Solar. I give her 5-stars but communications with Freedom Solar I can only go 4-stars, or maybe less. We have the solar panels installed on our roof and Bandera Electric has given their final approval and completed their end of the work. Freedom has a website to view the status of our installation but it rarely seems to be up to date. Man what an experience. I wouldn’t have gotten into 33k in debt if these features I was sold on switched to a monthly subscription. I had my panels installed back in October 2024. There was an app that had features like checking the health and performance of my panels. Fast forward present day they changed it to a monthly paid subscription. For the last 3ish days I’ve been getting the run around from Freedom Solar Customer Support and Dividend Finance. Both customer support suck and are terrible. I am someone who likes to do... read more
