Three years after our $80,000 investment with Freedom Solar, we’ve run into serious issues: - The manufacturer of our solar panels is out of business. - Our Tesla Powerwall has been nonfunctional for two months. When I reported the Powerwall issue, the response I received was simply an email directing me to follow up with Tesla directly, along with a link to Tesla’s certified installers. I do not recommend using Freedom Solar. A few years ago in Colorado we had a system set up and signed an expeneive warranty agreement that covered 25 years of maintenance and repairs. Now Freedom Solar has pulled business out of Colorado and will no longer service our solar setup. They are recommending we void our warranty to get repairs. They were great at first but can't live up to any of their promises work. They'll do the same to you, so enjoy that.

Freedom Solar did an excellent job with our install. Alina was fantastic — extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or concern, I could text her and she got back to me quickly with clear answers. Gerardo, the electrician, went above and beyond, working hard during the install and even coming back multiple times to make sure everything was dialed in and working exactly as it should.
