Three years after our $80,000 investment with Freedom Solar, we’ve run into serious issues: - The manufacturer of our solar panels is out of business. - Our Tesla Powerwall has been nonfunctional for two months. When I reported the Powerwall issue, the response I received was simply an email directing me to follow up with Tesla directly, along with a link to Tesla’s certified installers.
