This company is great. The energy consultant (David Pleitez) was very personable and did not just tell me all the good stuff, but also gave me the pros and cons of getting solar panels installed. He listened to what I wanted and needed and gave me the best possible setup that would fit my needs. There was an unusual issue that happened with the installation of my solar panels with an outside entity, and they put together a team led by Tiaira Wilson and came up with a solution to the problem. I’ve now worked with Sunpower on three installs. As in the past they’ve aced it again. Today I had the electrical upgrade and 8 additional solar panels installed. The electrician Mark Cruz arrived promptly and set right to work. He was pleasant, professional and quick. The panels guys Tommy Daniel and Alonzo showed up right on cue. They worked fast and left no mess. A shout out to all of them for their fantastic work. Kudos

I am very please with Freedom Solar. I have a problem with my Tesla Powerwall and contacted Freedom for support. Within a few hours they reached out to me and told me I was in their queue. You can't ask for a quicker response. Hopefully, they'll be able to develop a fix as quickly. The installation team was professional and installed and commissioned my original system within one day. The installation went well but the quality control was lacking. City inspector found loose wires at meter box. The final inspection took two weeks longer than it had to due you guys not requesting the inspection. I asked why and was told it was due to working through other systems ahead of mine. Poor planning on your part cost me 2 extra weeks that could have been avoided. When the inspection was completed and system turned on, one panel did not work. I refused final payment until corrected.
