I’ve now worked with Sunpower on three installs. As in the past they’ve aced it again. Today I had the electrical upgrade and 8 additional solar panels installed. The electrician Mark Cruz arrived promptly and set right to work. He was pleasant, professional and quick. The panels guys Tommy Daniel and Alonzo showed up right on cue. They worked fast and left no mess. A shout out to all of them for their fantastic work. Kudos

Quality installation. Quicker than the advertised timeline. And electrical production is better than the design plan! Hunter White was exceptional and guided me through every step of the design and execution.

Gene was so helpful! My husband had so many doubts because of the initial costs. Gene was able to completely explain how it all worked. He stayed in contact after to make sure we were satisfied. Fully prepared, honest and able to answer everything. From initial consult to a year after install (so far): Thorough, professional, easy to monitor. Once they get you to sign, good luck. I have been misled by this company on multiple occasions. From promising getting my install completed before end of year for tax credit filings, to multiple rescheduled/cancellations for service appointments, to the inverters not working and delivering my promised power output, to then not coming out on the scheduled calls due to other projects and not notifying me until I had to call them 2 hours past the arrival window.
