I am very upset with the work Freedom Solar has done on my parents house. They started work in September and there’s still a trench in their back yard. They are very kind people and are overly patient so I am writing this review for them. They paid a deposit down and have contacted energy consultant Michael Mann multiple times no response. Please reach out to me ASAP so we can figure this out. I’m very upset. I will call again tomorrow.

I am very disappointed with my Solar Power System purchased through Freedom Solar Power. When I purchased my system, I told the Salesman from that I would be retiring soon and that I wanted to purchase an electric car. I was told that the system that they would provide me would cover all of my future needs and if necessary, I would be able to purchase additional panels. Words cannot express how unbearable it has been working with Freedom Solar. Despite signing a contract with them ten months ago and paying over 20k, I have no connected system. Our salesperson delayed our project by two months by not including a crucial element of work AND then requested a couple of thousand dollars more. All phases of installation met my expectations. Installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They were respectful and answered all questions that I had. Getting the critter guard scheduled and done was a more difficult experience. My concern is with the call center. It took a total of four separate conversations and two promises of follow up calls that I never received. Overall, Freedom did a great job on the installation. Quality was very good and the installation teams did great work. The only glitch was getting the wireless to communicate. This was due to an error given we have a Generac back up system. I would have rated them higher except for three areas needing improvement. First, they need to provide a project leader and point of contact. When we had questions and needed information we had no one person and ended up defaulting to the Sales person.
