I am rating here the service team. Installed my panels over a year ago, all worked great so far, except one panel gave up and is not functional. I have been waiting for about two months to get it fixed, but the local (Raleigh, NC) service team does not even reply to the queries nor they are calling back to schedule the service (which I was communicated from their Houston office that they will reach out in a week). After speaking with another solar company we decided to proceed with Freedom. Michael was very patient, answering all of our many questions, and keeping us updated as the project progressed. We did experience quite a delay getting a permit from the city, but that was not Freedom's fault and they called every couple of weeks with progress reports. After entertaining a couple solar companies i chose Freedom. Michael was a pleasure to work with. I had high expectation for performance of the system and my wife and i said it was a no-go if it affected our curb appeal, others said they could not do that. Michael worked with the team to build an 8 kW system that you cannot see from the road or almost nowhere in my yard (i dare you to find it in the picture). Top notch quality and good people.

Kris Richards has exceeded our expectations as far being knowledgeable, professional and accessible to my wife and I concerning the sales and subsequent installation of our solar system.
