Joseph was the best part of Fortitude Roofing. He should actually own and run the company. As for Lee, he is unprofessional and unfortunately my husband and him did get into a very heated argument. Words were exchanged and Lee, knowing that my husband was upset, continued to bait him like a juvenile. We hired Fortitude based on the 5 star review and how helpful Joseph and Cherie were in providing assistance. THANK YOU Fortitude Roofing for coming out so quickly and being so understanding regarding the urgency of the job. The staff was amazing, polite and professional from the start. They were done within the time frame they said the job would be completed and didn’t leave a speck of trash behind. I am very picky on my house and they did an AMAZING JOB. I would highly recommend! I was very scared from the start with getting my roof repair given the horror stories I’ve heard with certain companies. Not only did fortitude roofing provide a reasonable price the day of the estimate, but they were literally also the only company that was 1. Able to make roof repairs requested 2. Returned my call 3. Until I had trouble getting insurance quotes I did not realize the underlayment of tile roofs needs to be repaired every 20 years or so. I had a couple of companies come out and give quotes, fortitude roofing was the one I was most comfortable with and all of the repairs were professionally completed. This company is very easy to work with, and I would work with them again.
Thank you to Fortitude Roofing and their staff for putting this beautiful new roof on my home. Not only were they super quick on taking my roof off and putting the new roof on, I think it took 3-4 days total. They were also very clean. When I came home from work my driveway and backyard looked cleaner then when they got there. All the guys doing the work were really nice too.
