Dr Somogyi and his team at FORM were amazing from start to finish... Everything happened and moved so quickly, and they were so good at helping this fit into my schedule. My initial diagnosis of breast cancer came as a shock as I am sure it always does, but he made sure the whole process was so easy and stress free for me. He explained everything to me and was very clear and made me feel like I was in good hands. The results are amazing, and I am feeling really good. Thank you!!! :)
I highly recommend Dr. Jalil and his team. Everyone, through every step of the process, was professional, kind and welcoming. I appreciated the consultation with him, he was patient and informative despite my relatively small procedure. I’ve consulted with other clinics and always felt rushed. I’m super thankful for how warm and supportive the surgery team was.
From the moment I reached out to inquire about the surgery I was exploring, the entire team, from my intake interview with Shani, to Dr. Somogyi and the entire team of nurses at the clinic and through my surgery were caring, compassionate, informative, and responsive. Would highly recommend. Justine and Melissa(nurse) are just amazing staff. Wonderful to deal with always respond to emails in a timely manner.
