I had a checkup service call done on my AC unit today. The Fleetwell employee was very helpful and professional from start to finish. He did the diagnostics and cleaning of the unit and reported that everything was in top shape. Also offered a very reasonably priced twice yearly checkup plan which I did sign up for. I recommend this company.
I saw Fleetwell commercial on the TV. I decided to give it a try, since my husband and I already exhausted ourselves with the homework. They able to get us the appointment at our most convenient. Got an estimate on replacing my AC unit from Brett with Fleetwell today. Very thorough estimate went over all points of the different available units with me and answered all my questions. Quote seems to be reasonable compared to what I have seen so far. I would definitely recomend allowing them to quote your job.
This was my first experience dealing with Fleetwell and it was exceptional. everything from scheduling the appointment to the post appointment wrap up was great. The representative who came today, Brett, was on time, professional, and explained what he was doing in clear non-technical terms and I could not be happier with my service today. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around.
Ryan, the tech who came out to inspect my system today, was absolutely great. He showed me all his diagnostic findings and explained them thoroughly, as well as explaining the recommendations he was making to keep the system running. I will absolutely request him to come back if he is available next time I need service. Impressed not only by him and his professionalism but by the company he represents.
