I am very impressed with the professionalism of Freddy! Not only was he extremely professional and thorough, but he called to see if it was OK to arrive a little early, which I very much appreciated. He was also very patient as I asked a number of questions about how the system works as well as seeing the photographs of what needs to be done. It is clear this is a top-notch company and is interested in providing excellent customer service.
I had a great experience working with Fleetwell Air. They were responsive, provided excellent customer service, and even called to let me know when the technician would arrive. Scott, the technician, was friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain the work he would be doing. After finishing, he confirmed everything was in good shape and recommended changing the filter every three months and scheduling service once a year. I’m very satisfied and will definitely use them again.
I was really happy with my first visit from Fleetwell. They came out the day I called. The office kept me well informed regarding the arrival time of the technician. He was right on time and professional. He had a great attitude and used equipment that I had not seen before so he explained in detail what he was doing.The service to assess my HVAC issue was free. They are coming out today to give me an estimate on the work that needs to be done.
Very responsive. Took the time to explain everything. Worked with me on charges and financing. Each of the four Fleetwell folks were professional. Overall a great experience.
I have signed a contract with them to replace my HVAC system. I deposited 10%, then they ordered parts, I paid 80%. The last 10% would be paid by the end when they are completed. They have done 95% of their work. They need to install a thermostat for the system. I asked them to get it done before I pay. However, they went on to charge my credit card without my permission.
