As I was shopping around, some other big name and local companies (who shall remain anonymous, for now) forgot what it means to be humble. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Freddy from Fleetwell Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing was great. He came out for a heating service call and did an amazing job. Super knowledgeable, very helpful, and most importantly, honest. He didn’t try to upsell me at all. Instead, he explained the current condition of my system, went over the pros and cons, and talked through future options in a way that was easy to understand. Hands down the most honest and helpful tech I’ve dealt with in the last 20 years. Highly recommend Freddy if you need HVAC service.
I received a message about their promotional flush cleaning for water heaters. I instantly booked for it. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and quick with the cleaning. I really appreciate how the dispatcher was able to communicate quickly for any questions or concerns. I will definitely use this company again for any of my air or water heater issues, concerns, and maintenance. Thanks again!
Do not use this company. They installed a new cental air unit. I paid 9 grand. I relied on the info, trusted and believed the info I received. They are legally required to pull a city permit so the city can inspect their work after completion. This was extremely important to me and I was assured it would be done and it is legally required, and it was quoted in my estimate. About a year and a half ago, Fleetwell installed my HVAC system. Everything worked fine at first, but a few weeks ago, after it rained, I noticed water leaking from the HVAC supply vent inside my house. A roof inspection confirmed the issue wasn’t from the roof but from the HVAC system itself. I contacted Fleetwell right away and requested a repair.
