I decided to go with Fleetwell because of the customer service. As I was shopping around, some other big name and local companies (who shall remain anonymous, for now) forgot what it means to be humble. I was treated as just another number rather than a unique individual. My rep at Fleetwell, Brett, did an amazing job of being patient and answering all of my questions in detail. I inherited a condo not too long ago. We were having issues with our hvac system. Bret Smith came out and did a comprehensive look at what we were dealing with. He was very professional, and broke things down for us in simple and understandable terms. Appreciate his thorough evaluation and his honesty. Thank you Bret! I would highly recommend fleetwell!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Freddy from Fleetwell Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing was great. He came out for a heating service call and did an amazing job. Super knowledgeable, very helpful, and most importantly, honest. He didn’t try to upsell me at all. Instead, he explained the current condition of my system, went over the pros and cons, and talked through future options in a way that was easy to understand. Hands down the most honest and helpful tech I’ve dealt with in the last 20 years. Highly recommend Freddy if you need HVAC service.

I was extremely impressed with Alex Newman and the folks at Fleetwell. Best offer of 5 bids, Very Professional, Great Workmanship, and a very quick install. I felt like they really cared about my concerns in what I was looking for and the budget I was working with. I received a message about their promotional flush cleaning for water heaters. I instantly booked for it. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and quick with the cleaning. I really appreciate how the dispatcher was able to communicate quickly for any questions or concerns. I will definitely use this company again for any of my air or water heater issues, concerns, and maintenance. Thanks again!
