Brought a disc in for repair that had more damage than I thought. They were able to fix it, but that isn't what I want to note. The staff wanted to have a good look at the disc before having me pay for the repair, and gave me an honest opinion about it as well instead of just trying to get me to pay. They were all friendly and not pushy in any way. It was a fantastic experience in a situation that could have brought a lot of stress.

Amazing experience with First Stop Swap Shop! I saw a listing for Xenoblade Chronicles X for the Switch on their Kijiji and they shipped it that evening, and it arrived the next day. Game works perfect, no complaints at all. Ellett, who I talked to was also really awesome as well. Would highly recommend shopping with these guys!!

Did enjoy going here for years, but by the end of 2025, I noticed three key things that won't make me a customer of them again, my JBL speaker sounds like shit when I got it back from them, can't even play many frequencies without distorting and sounding like garbage now, and the decals somehow came off in the time they had it, almost like it was in water or something. I thoroughly enjoy my visits here; the individuals I have personally interacted with have consistently been a pleasure to engage with. The staff members are all exceptionally friendly and kind. I highly recommend visiting the store.
