My first visit to where I purchased my Toyota Corolla to their repair and maintenance. I was impressed by their professionalism and their concern for my needs. The service representative Tony Prezes was on top of my time waiting for my service. He explained the cost ($600.) and the time needed (3 hrs). Which was 5 minutes early! Bought my 2021 Honda Accord at 20,000 miles, about a month later breaks were making noise. Took it in the shop and they said nothing was wrong. They said it was because of the heat. Months later cold weather came along and still heard the noise on the breaks. Took it in again and was told the same thing. Wish they could have least put new breaks on a car sold.
