The Service center is outstanding! Phill C. my service advisor went beyond and above helping me showing up at 3:15 with a battery light. My vehicle was diagnosed with a bad alternator. The part changed and my vehicle returned to me at 5:15. I didn't expect to get my vehicle back until the following day.

Service Advisor and department is awesome. Don't like the constant, unsolicited pressure to upgrade my car (with cars you don't even have in stock) by random sales agents.

I arrived at 1:45 for my appointment. I was screaming immediately. The car was taken back quickly. I was promised completion by 3:15 PM. At 3:40 PM I went to the cashier and she Located my service rep. He had somehow put my ticket in the wrong place. So no one notified me that it was ready.
