John Wong, my service consultant, was excellent. However, the dealerships repair cost pricing was absolutely outrageous, as was the time to even examine the vehicle for the air conditioning repair ( 3.5 hours plus another 1.5 hours for the repair. The corolla needed a new cable that supposedly had been chewed through by rats. The dealership did not have the cable but repaired the wires for a cost of over $600, OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!
