Smooth and efficient like usual. Great customer service, in and out of there in no time.
Had a tire warning light suddenly appear. Called Findlay. No appointment needed. Arrived without an appointment. We recently decided to look at a new Rav 4 Hybrid or Corolla Cross Hybrid. We did our homework and got prequalified so if we did decide to purchase we could help the process go smoothly. We made the trip from our home to the dealership which takes about 45 minutes. We looked at both cars and decided to trade in our current Rav 4 Hybrid, which is a 2016 with 174,000 miles on it and still operating excellently.
