Appointment was kept and on time, and the tech listened to my concerns/answered my questions. I was sent an automated report with additional items required, but I did not get an explanation. I used to get a friendly follow up call saying the truck was ready and if there are additional recommendations.

I HAVE A 2001 TOYOTA CAMRY THAT I BOUGHT NEW. EVERY 4000 MILES SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAMRY; I HAVE GOT A TUNE-UP AND INSPECTION. I ALWAYS GET DONE EXACTLY WHAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS FROM THE INSPECTION. AS A RESULT OF ALWAYS HAVING DONE WHAT THE TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS; MY 2001 TOYOTA CAMRY THAT HAS 217,000 MILES ON IT RUNS AND DRIVES LIKE A NEW CAMRY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDLAY TOYOTA WHICH HAS EXPERT AND COMPETENT MECHANICS AND AN EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
