This the 3rd service since we bought our Toyota and each visit has been pleasant. They have a vending area with snacks and drinks. Plenty of seating with a couple of televisions. All of the Toyota employees are very nice.

Kevin was great. It took much longer than expected but the lounge area is comfy and enough snacks to keep me occupied. Although I was getting restless. I just wish that the service techs wouldn't mess with some of my settings, like lights, radio, different modes, parking break, mirror etc.
Toyota makes it so convenient to take care of your car! Matt was great! He communicated promptly & my car was serviced with care & consideration for our time. This visit was the smoothest ever! Great job Toyota team! We use the valet service, which is invaluable to us so we can keep working at home!
