ALL of my Toyota service is done at Findlay, and I always depend on Jordan Santos as my advisor. Jordan ensures that all of the preventative maintenance is accomplished IAW Toyota specifications on both of my vehicles Thanks to his efforts my vehicles have NEVER broken down. Jordan keeps me informed of the vehicle progress in the shop and clears all work to be done prior to doing it. Jordan is a credit to your organization. I always know I will get top notch maintenance and professional treatment by him.
