John did a great job in keeping me updated on the arrival of my new 4Runner. The trade in of my 4Runner and purchase of new vehicle went smoothly. I appreciate his professionalism. Love my new truck. John stays in touch to make sure I’m happy with my purchase. Great employee and dealership.
Always handled in a professional manner. No hard sales pitch or extras trying to upsell. Always great to get an uber back to work and then picked up to be returned when car is ready. You guys always have the best customer service and i hope it continues.
Went in for an oil change. No other issues were found. Recommend not stacking floor mats. Service advisor was friendly
Always happy with the service and the friendly people that work to make your visit comfortable. They are friendly and very willing to answer any question you may have. I bought 4 new tires as well and now feel like I can take the safe trip I am planning. Everything has been checked and filled. I'm ready to hit the road. Tire specialist was greatly helpful as well.
Realizing we should have purchased running boards when we purchased the Tacoma, Emilio was super helpful in placing the order, scheduling and paying, and allowing me to Uber back & forth to work while Toyota worked on the vehicle. First experience with Toyota's service department - and look forward to continuing to use them as our Tacoma needs service over the next few years!
The waiting room is comfortable and cool. Coffee stations offering free hot chocolate, variety coffees and teas. Free cold bottled water of course. The maintenance service on my car was great and completed very quickly. What not to love?
I had an appointment and was assigned my advisor, Jason Kopman, who was very helpful and efficient. He has been with Findley for 13 years which speaks well for his knowledge and people skills. Green service was completed within an hour.
I didnt have an appointment but Trevor took care of me . Everything was great. The only thingvi didnt like was the form sent out for recommendations of service.
Amazing service was provided by the Toyota team! Only place I’ll bring my vehicles!
