Fabulous service as always LOVE Toyota , Wll is terrific , helpful and very good at explaining what needs to be done.
Vince was the service advisor assigned to me on 8/21/25. Explains my options according to my service records. Went through each individual items that my truck needs from the most important thing to be done and was able to guide me with my final decision. Vince was great in communicating as well as coordinating the time to be finished with the service. Very friendly and courteous and made me feel at ease. Thanks 👍

Good work done here, but price is getting out of control. I never have any problems with the staff, they do a great job. But getting up close to $1000 for routine maintenance isn't going to work for most of us, and some rethinking about the price points in a failing economy is going to have to take place if you don't want to lose business to outside.
Bought a GR Corolla with Tommy. He talked me and my mom through every question and concern we had. He made the whole process as seamless as possible and went above and beyond the whole way through. On the test drive I literally got an hour long lesson on how to drive stick. I went in thinking I’d have to tow the car to my driveway and pay for a $500 dollar lesson at some other place at some point but in that hour he taught me well enough I was able to drive the car 10 miles back home. Jordan was great to work with. I don't normally care who I get assigned to because all of the advisors have been pretty good but Jordan was just so pleasant to work with. He explained everything very well and I learned a couple of things. I will ask for him again in the future. We bought our RAV4 at Findlay 5 years ago and we've only gone there for service. There is another Toyota dealer much closer to our house that we took our last Toyota to, but Findlay has been so good that it's worth the extra 20 minute drive to go ther... read more

I've been taking my Toyota to Findlay service dept. since I moved to Vegas in 2018. They have always taken very good care if my car and I appreciate them very much.
Fast and friendly service! Nice and large waiting area with complimentary coffee products. Will definitely be back again for any future maintenance work
