This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I went for an oil change and Kai was super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was out of there in 40 minutes. He did have some recommendations that I should have serviced, but I was really in a hurry that day so he wasn’t pushy, and I didn’t feel like he made up a bunch of stuff that needed to be fixed that really didn’t.
